Nicene Council, what was it really about?

Rather than discussing the meaning of the Greek word monogenes,
Trinitarians should be considering why Christians in Rome needed a
doctrine of ''separation of Church and State''

The Nicene Council had noting to do with religion, it was strictly a
political move by the Pagan Roman Senate. to remove Arians and replace
Arians with Pagan Roman Bishops, and control Christianity with Romans
that had no knowledge of the bible..

Representation was quite lopsided, with only six of the three hundred
bishops being from the West. =A0 Since all of the West and a large part
of the East rejected the Arian position, Constantine deemed it
POLITICALLY EXPEDIENT to throw his influence behind those who opposed
the Arian position.

Apparently Christianity was becoming more popular than Paganism, and
Rome needed a good reason to remove Arian Bishops, in order for paganism
to survive..

No Christian religion with roots in the old testament, would ever be
able to accept
Christ as equal to his Father,

Making Christ equal, then was a perfect doctrinal choice to remove
Christians, from the priesthood and replace them with Pagan Romans.

If that were so, then we could have expected the emperors to have supported
the decisions of the council, but for the next fifty years they favoured the
Arians
