Congress are expected to renew their fight to allow military chaplains
to pray in the name of Jesus at public......

They are allowed to pray in the name of Jesus in public; however, at
command functions (e.g., functions where military personnel of all
faiths are expected or even required to attend) any prayers should be
religiously neutral. Chaplains who feel they must pray in the name of
Jesus do not have to give such prayers; another chaplain can do so.

My own thought is, if this passes, what people will do the first time
a Muslim chaplain gives his prayer in the name of Allah or a Wiccan
chaplain invokes the goddess.
