A message for someone that is looking, but will they hear?

Are you suffering in God's name? Do you think so? Have you done what is best
for you? Done what God told, or led, you to do? Or have you let man dictate
what you should do? You know right from wrong. You know help from hurt. You
know so why not do? Don't think suffering unjustly is fair. Don't think undo
pain is from God. Don't think ignoring your way out of suffering leads to
heaven. Don't make the mistake of believing that all suffering is
beneficial, or will be a valid excuse with God. God never wants you to
suffer without good happening. He always mixes the two. Even for Jonah he
granted temporary assistance, this does not mean that he liked what Jonah
did (or failed to do). See what must be seen and hear what must be heard.
Don't think succumbing to peer pressure is a valid excuse.

Why? Is the suffering due to God, or good living? Or simply because
someone else says that is best? Are you in fact telling God that you are
suffering? What have you spent money on that makes you needy for more?
Have you made do? Have you done your best when you could not do more? Not
because there is something that you do not want to do that could legally be
done. Not because there might be something better later on. Are you
fighting? Or do you fight for things that are not worth it?

Ah, these are the questions of life. All these questions are easily
answered, if we know what God really want of us.

What God want? He just want to accept his commandments which he gave
to us through his messengers.

If the purpose is clear, then any difficulty in its path, can easily
be tolerated. But, to work for a life, which one is uncertain about
its reward, is very miserable to live.

B - I agree that God wants us to accept its commandments but where
those that wrote the bible or the Koran or the Torah etc. Gods
messengers? perhaps. I believe that we all have the ability within to
distinguish what is Gods voice and to listen to that voice....some
have their ears closed due to belief in ego and some are open to the
guidance of God...but even those whose ears are closed...will
eventually hear.God guides me to righteousness no matter where that
righteousness is to be found. Books and accoutrement are man-made and
not a necessity to knowing God but helpers as such to that God
speaking to us always from within....yes we carry God with us at all
times and no pages can wither and dry up and blow away or words can be
changed to suit the tastes of each man...it is there and is
uncorruptable and uncorrupted. The lessons of the so-called messengers
are to open ourselves to God ourselves...to not worship the messenger
but God itself.

In my beliefs and in Christ,
Bren
