Things seem fairly quiet around here. Maybe people are just too busy to say
anything, but just in case you're bored, I found a rather interesting quiz on
the web, on "What spiritual type are you"

It turns out that I'm a sage.

I wonder if it correlates with being INTP on Myers-Briggs

For at least half of the questions asked, a truthful and accurate answer
would be (for me anyway) *NONE OF THE ABOVE* but this test does not allow
for that, *WHY ?*

I wonder if it correlates with being INTP on Myers-Briggs
Myers-Briggs is pure pseudo-science. The woman who invented it had no formal
training in psychology, her sole 'qualification' was an obsession with
classification of personality types.

As even Wikipedia says:

Neither Myers-Briggs's, nor Jung's models have scientific experimental basis.

[fm http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Myers-Briggs_Type_Indicator]

This obsession has since spread, of course, thanks to business-types being so
easily led astray by simple-minded answers to complex problems, and the general
American obsession with pop-psychology.

So it will come as no surprise to you that I have a very dim view of any
personality type classification, except for that 'classification' mentioned in
the Ladder, the use of "that most excellent alphabet" described in Step 26 of
the Ladder of Divine Ascent (26.17). But even here, the connection between this
alphabet and personality (or character) is not made clear until 26.190.65

However, what should be even more clear from the Ladder is that ANY attempt to
classify personality types must run aground, since even the attempt assumes a
dangerous misunderstanding of human freedom and the role of the passions.

Interestingly enough, an edition of the Ladder using this numbering scheme is
now available in both the original Greek and English at
