Christ is the truth.
Jesus had more truth to show us,
but it would come afterwards:
I have yet many things to say unto you,
but ye cannot bear them now.
(John 16:12 KJV)
Jesus foretold that he would
show the world,
and especially his people,
things that would glorify him.
He gave the apostle Paul
the gospel of grace by revelation
to preach to the nations of the earth
so that the world would know
that salvation comes by trust in Christ:
Of sin, because they believe not on me;
(John 16:9 KJV)
From that revelation of the gospel
came many of the books
of the New Testament.
When the world lost the knowledge
that salvation comes by trust in Christ
with no part of trust in other things,
the Lord Jesus showed one theologian
that Christ is our entire righteousness
so that people again trusted in Christ
with no trust in self, church, or rituals,
and the Protestant movement began.
As Jesus had foretold:
Of righteousness,
because I go to my Father,
and ye see me no more;
(John 16:10 KJV)
At the coming of Jesus for his people,
only those whose righteousness is Christ
will be taken up to meet the Lord.
Christ is all the righteousness there is;
this world has none just as Jesus foretold:
Of judgment,
because the prince of this world is judged.
(John 16:11 KJV)
So let each person put their trust for salvation
in Christ alone who is all our righteousness
so that each one may have eternal life.

Amen! He sure is! He saves us from all the problems that life throws
at us. But we have to pay attention. Christ is the only salvation.
The witnessing must continue!
