If you are one of those
that the Lord has brought to Christ
by causing you to place ALL your trust
on Christ for your entire salvation
and for all your righteousness,
do not let anyone or anything pull
you off of that trust in Christ.
There has been a rampant Protestant Rebellion
against the gospel of the Protestant Reformation,
the Biblical gospel the Lord showed Martin Luther
and that was faithfully declared for 300 years.
That rebellion began almost 200 years ago
when Charles Finney father of modern evangelism
denied Christ is our righteousness for salvation
and said people are their own righteousness.
Most Protestant denominations on their websites
profess to believe in salvation by faith alone
but then reject that by teaching salvation
by faith plus the efforts of people to repent.
Of course, God always wants repentance,
but that must never take trust away
from the Lord Jesus for salvation.
ALL trust must be on CHRIST to be SAVED.
As the Lord foretold, the wheat and the weeds
are growing together.
Stay in Christ by keeping all your trust on him.

We cannot lose our salvation, Frank.

John 10:27-30
27 My sheep hear My voice , and I know them, and they follow Me. 28
And I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; neither
shall anyone snatch them out of My hand. 29 My Father, who has given
them to Me, is greater than all; and no one is able to snatch them out
of My Father's hand. 30 I and My Father are one."
NKJV

UNLESS you figure you are greater than God Himself, you cannot remove
yourself from HIS hand!

But you CAN lose rewards, and CAN be rendered useless to Him.

Nonsense! Christ's church has been solid and without faltering for
about 2,000 years now. Luther led some folks out of the rcc. He did
NOT "restore" a "lost" or "failed" Christian church any more than
joseph smith did.

Please provide us with some kind of CITATION where Finney did any such
thing. I do not believe Finney did any such thing! So show us some
CHECKABLE CITATIONS of Finney's works that substantiate your claim,
please.

You are welcome to your opinion, but most I have seen do not. Usually
they (as I do) consider repentance to be the RESULT of faith in Jesus
Christ. UNSAVED sinners have no reason to want to repent. Christians
do.

Your argument is a strawman argument, something you invented so you
